Updated 5 October 2026. This notice covers nethour.app, our beta-interest list and website support. It explains what happens when you visit, register or contact us.
Who we are
NetHour is owned and operated by FLYPROVA LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17079510. Our registered office is 203 Capstone Road, Bournemouth, United Kingdom, BH8 8SA. FlyProva Ltd is the controller of the signup and support information described here.
For privacy questions, to withdraw from the beta list or to request deletion, email support@nethour.app. Include the email address you registered with so we can locate the correct record.
Beta registration
We collect your email address, optional first name, your confirmation that you meet the initial beta requirements, the signup date and your contact-permission wording and version. We also store the expiry date, email-verification status and our application decision. Verification links expire after 24 hours. We store a hash of the verification token, its expiry and sending timestamps; the token is removed after confirmation or expiry cleanup. Only the authorised NetHour owner can review the application list.
We use this information to manage applications and contact you about NetHour beta access and launch. We rely on your consent for these messages. Joining does not guarantee a place or create a TestFlight invitation. We do not sell the list or use it to advertise other FlyProva products.
The first beta is for UK residents aged 18 or over with an iPhone who currently drive for Uber or Uber Eats. We ask you to confirm eligibility; we do not request identity documents or access to your driver account.
Your choice and retention
We keep signup details for up to two years from registration, unless you withdraw or request deletion sooner. This allows us to manage the beta, invitations and launch updates over that period. Submitting the same address again does not extend its original expiry or replace its permission record. Earlier registrations keep the expiry agreed when they were submitted.
You can withdraw at any time by emailing support@nethour.app from your registered address, or by replying to a beta or launch email. We will stop these messages and remove your active registration. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. If we need a limited record to honour your request or meet a legal obligation, we will explain this.
Expired registrations are excluded from the active application list and removed during database cleanup. Deletion requests also cover working copies and exports we control. Hosting recovery copies may remain for the provider's recovery period; they are not used to contact you. If a recovery copy is restored, expiry and deletion requests must be applied again.
Contacting support
When you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and maintain the service, relying on our legitimate interest in providing support. Ordinary website support correspondence is kept for up to two years from receipt, or removed sooner when no longer needed. A legal obligation or ongoing dispute may require a limited record for longer.
Please start with a short description. Do not send passwords, customer information, financial records or precise routes unless needed for a particular support case. Detailed app diagnostics have separate information and choices supplied with the beta; this website signup does not authorise that collection.
Hosting, email and security
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Registrations are held in a server-side Cloudflare D1 database, rather than in your browser. Our support email uses Namecheap hosting webmail. Resend delivers automated verification emails and owner notifications when email delivery is enabled. It receives the recipient address, message content and delivery information needed to send those messages. These providers process information needed to deliver, secure and support their services.
Requests can include your IP address, browser information, requested page and time. Hosting providers may process this information in security and operational logs. Our signup protection uses short-lived request limits; it does not add an IP address to your registration. We rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse for these checks.
These providers operate internationally, and information may be processed outside the UK. Their privacy and data-processing information describes their international processing and safeguards: OpenAI, Cloudflare, Namecheap and Resend. Contact us for further information about the providers used for your request. We do not claim that all information remains in the UK.
We use HTTPS and restrict application-list access to the NetHour owner. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics to these pages. Hosting security and the owner's ChatGPT sign-in may use necessary cookies; visitors do not need a ChatGPT account to read the website or register beta interest.
App records are separate
Registering on this website does not collect your routes, mileage, earnings or driver-platform credentials, and does not enable app research. In the planned iPhone beta, ordinary shift records stay on your phone; exports and optional feedback are deliberate choices. The beta invitation and app will provide the privacy information relevant to that build before you start testing.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw email consent at any time. We may need enough information to verify that a request relates to your record. Contact support@nethour.app; you may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
We will update this page if our handling changes. A broader use of the signup list requires an appropriate new choice; it is not authorised simply by changing this notice.
